   Take 5 Torri chairlift from Bai de Dones parking (€10-15 round trip) OR hike 45-60min from Passo Falzarego on trail #439. Arrive at the iconic Five Towers - vertical dolomite spires rising 100-150m. These are the most photographed formations in the Dolomites. In winter, ski in; in summer, hike or take the chairlift. Arrive by 16:30 (winter) or 17:00 (summer) to catch alpenglow. The chairlift shortcut makes this a 20-30min easy hike to Rifugio Scoiattoli.

   🔄 BACKUP: If chairlift closed, hike from Passo Falzarego (free parking) - it's a moderate 45-60min trail with stunning views throughout.

   Order Alto Adige Wine on the Terrace

   Order Alto Adige red wine (€7-10/glass) at Rifugio Scoiattoli terrace, facing east toward the Five Towers - ask for Lagrein or Schiava.    Witness Enrosadira on the Towers

   At sunset (17:30 summer, 16:30 winter), watch the Five Towers turn pink, then orange, then red from the terrace or loop trail around the towers, face EAST. This is 'Enrosadira' - the Dolomites' daily light show when the sun hits the dolomite limestone. Take the 20-30min loop trail around the towers before sunset. Return to terrace with wine in hand. Don't photograph the first two minutes - just watch. This phenomenon lasts 15-30 minutes.

   🔄 BACKUP: Cloudy days block alpenglow. If weather's bad, enjoy the wine anyway and ask staff about their best alpenglow photos.
