Sforzato di Valtellina - Alpine Amarone style

Sforzato (or Sfursat) is made by drying Chiavennasca grapes for 3-4 months before pressing, similar to Amarone but at alpine altitude. The resulting wine is rich, concentrated, and elegant with dried fruit, spice, and distinctive Nebbiolo rose petal and tar character.
