At any Brokpa homestay in Dha or Hanu village, ask your host respectfully: "May I try your family's gunchang?" They'll be honored you asked with respect for their tradition.

Plan your trip for September and ask locals: "When is Bonona this year?" The date varies with the harvest, but when it happens, you'll witness wine culture at the world's most remote altitude.
