   Accept the Cup That Cannot Be Refused

   Refusing the first cup is considered EXTREMELY rude in Ladakhi culture. This isn't optional hospitality. When your host offers you chang, accept with BOTH hands. Sip gently. Place your palm over the cup when you've had enough. That's the polite signal.

   Find the Grandmother's Secret Recipe
