   This winery created an artificial LAKE in wine country. Everyone said waste of money. Now it's the most photographed spot in Nashik wine country. At Vallonne Vineyards lakeside restaurant (12:30-1:30 PM), ask for a lake-facing table, order light, and as you reset your palate, appreciate the audacity of building a lake for lunch views.

3. 3 Toast Where Moët Hennessy Bet on India Wine · Price: low

   LVMH (owner of Dom Pérignon, Veuve Clicquot) put their NAME on Indian sparkling wine. They don't bet wrong. At Chandon India - your grand finale - the tour is FREE and tasting is Rs 500 for 3 sparkling wines. Ask: "Why did Moët choose India?" The answer validates your entire day.
