   Order any of the five sherries — all poured from barrels, the traditional way that makes bottled sherry seem tame by comparison. Choose from Fino, Manzanilla, Palo Cortado, Amontillado, or Oloroso (€3-4 each) at the bar. Start with Fino and work up to Oloroso to understand the full spectrum.
