   Identify Your Dominant Sense

   Each room activates a different sense - touch chalk minerals, smell fermentation stages, hear the pop of 10,000 bottles, see the bubble formation in slow motion. The question: which sense teaches you most? Don't rush through the multiple sensory stations throughout the experience. Spend 3+ minutes at each station. Touch everything touchable. The tactile chalk display reveals why champagne tastes mineral. Note which sense gives YOU the most insight.

   Taste the Meunier Difference

   Two champagnes included in entry. At least one typically features significant Meunier from the Vallée de la Marne. This is your first taste of "the forgotten third of champagne." In the tasting room at experience end, ASK: "Which glass has more Meunier?" Compare: Meunier gives fruitiness, softness, approachability. Chardonnay gives acidity, minerality. Pinot Noir gives structure. You're learning to taste the blend.
