The question: which sense teaches you most? Don't rush through the multiple sensory stations throughout the experience. Spend 3+ minutes at each station. Touch everything touchable.    Taste the Meunier Difference

   Two champagnes included in entry. At least one typically features significant Meunier from the Vallée de la Marne. This is your first taste of "the forgotten third of champagne." In the tasting room at experience end, ASK: "Which glass has more Meunier?" Compare: Meunier gives fruitiness, softness, approachability. Chardonnay gives acidity, minerality. Pinot Noir gives structure. You're learning to taste the blend.
