   Digital roots grow above you on the ceiling, seeking you out like you're a nutrient nodule. Bacteria glow. Roots reach. You're INSIDE the soil that makes champagne. This first major room after entry is cut from actual soil blocks. Book at pressoria.com or GetYourGuide. €20 adult. 1.5 hrs self-guided. Open daily 10-6 EXCEPT THURSDAY (closed). Stand still in the root room - the projections respond to you.

2. 2 Identify Your Dominant Sense Wine · Free

   Each room activates a different sense - touch chalk minerals, smell fermentation stages, hear the pop of 10,000 bottles, see the bubble formation in slow motion. The question: which sense teaches you most? Don't rush through the multiple sensory stations throughout the experience. Spend 3+ minutes at each station. Touch everything touchable. The tactile chalk display reveals why champagne tastes mineral. Note which sense gives YOU the most insight.

   Backup: The smell room is the most revelatory for most visitors - linger there.

3. 3 Taste the Meunier Difference Wine · Price: moderate

   Two champagnes included in entry. At least one typically features significant Meunier from the Vallée de la Marne. This is your first taste of "the forgotten third of champagne." In the tasting room at experience end, ASK: "Which glass has more Meunier?" Compare: Meunier gives fruitiness, softness, approachability. Chardonnay gives acidity, minerality. Pinot Noir gives structure. You're learning to taste the blend.
