   Roses de Jeanne bottles appear occasionally at Paris natural wine caves and restaurants: La Cave des Papilles, Septime Cave, Le Verre Volé. Prices run €80-150+ depending on cuvée, and stock changes constantly. Call ahead and ask if they have any Roses de Jeanne.

   Each cuvée is a single parcel, single vintage, often single barrel. "La Bolorée" is his flagship. The names are the parcel names. This is Burgundy thinking applied to Champagne.
