   Cédric Bouchard rarely accepts visitors. Production is tiny. Most requests are refused. Write a sincere email in French explaining your journey and interest, giving 2+ weeks notice minimum when contacting via email or through an importer.

2. 2 Hunt the Wine in Paris Wine · Price: high

   Roses de Jeanne bottles appear occasionally at Paris natural wine caves and restaurants: La Cave des Papilles, Septime Cave, Le Verre Volé. Prices run €80-150+ depending on cuvée, and stock changes constantly. Call ahead and ask if they have any Roses de Jeanne.

   Backup: Even if you can't buy, sommeliers love talking about Cédric - ask about his philosophy.
