   La Part des Anges, 17 Rue Gubernatis. Go after 19:00. Tell the owner you're doing the Riviera rosé route and want to understand "vin nature vs. Provence commercial rosé." He'll pour something that changes your understanding. Trust his choices. €8-15/glass.
