   Book the "Classic Tasting" (€45, 1.5 hrs) at cantinadelvesuvio.it. During tasting, position yourself to see Vesuvius through the window or terrace. You're tasting wine from THAT volcano. The white (Coda di Volpe, Falanghina) has citrus and minerality. The red (Piedirosso, Aglianico) has smoke and cherry.
