A real gem hidden near Santiago Cathedral, this boutique bodega was revitalized in 1999 by Norwegian Jan Pettersen after 15 years at Osborne. Famous for their sublime Antique range and annual fino en rama spring bottlings (unfined, unfiltered). Generous barrel tastings included.
