   GREAT RECENT VINTAGES: 2015, 2019, 2020 - celebrated, will age long, prices high. VALUE VINTAGES: 2016, 2017, 2018, 2021 - excellent quality at lower prices, drinking windows may be shorter. CHALLENGING VINTAGES: 2012, 2014 - can be excellent but research carefully. RESOURCES: Subscribe to Burgundy-Report.com (William Kelley) or Jasper Morris MW for vintage assessments before buying. HOW TO USE: Buy great vintages for long-term aging (15-30 years). Buy value vintages for medium-term drinking (5-15 years). Avoid paying full price for difficult vintages unless you've tasted and loved the specific wine. YOUR VINTAGE MAP: Create a spreadsheet tracking vintage quality by producer. Example: '2019 Roumier = exceptional, age 20 years; 2021 de Montille = excellent value, drink at 10 years.'

STORAGE REQUIREMENTS: 12-14°C (54-57°F), 70% humidity, darkness, no vibration. If you don't have proper storage, use professional wine storage (€10-15/case/year in most cities). MILESTONE PLANNING: Schedule specific bottles for major life events - 50th birthday, children's weddings, retirement.
