   Walk to the church (Église Saint-Cyr) at the top of the village. Behind the church, a small path leads to a viewpoint overlooking the vineyards toward Meursault and Pommard. On clear days, you can see the Jura mountains. Best at sunset.

   Taste at Domaine Marquis d'Angerville

   One of Burgundy's legendary estates - pioneers of domaine-bottling.

   Book well ahead at domaine-angerville.fr - very limited appointments (~€75+). Jacques d'Angerville was one of the first to bottle and sell estate wines (1930s), fighting négociant fraud. Their Clos des Ducs monopole is legendary - request to taste it specifically.

   Find the Clos des Ducs Wall

   The Marquis d'Angerville's walled monopole - one of Burgundy's greatest.

   Walk north from the church toward Pommard. The walled Clos des Ducs is on your left - the stone wall is centuries old. This 2.15-hectare monopole is entirely owned by the d'Angerville family and consistently rated among the best Premier Crus.
