   Book the Grand Tour (€26, 40 rooms) or Imperial Tour (€22, 22 rooms). The Grand Gallery (43m long, 10m wide) hosted banquets where Maria Theresa's 16 children dined with European nobility. Look for the ceiling frescoes depicting Habsburg glory.

   Walk the Gardens to the Gloriette

   The gardens are free to enter. Walk uphill to the Gloriette (20 min, steep). This triumphal arch offers panoramic views of Vienna and the palace. Habsburg guests walked these paths before champagne dinners.
