   Book via Jumeirah.com or Viator. Afternoon Tea (1pm-4:30pm) includes finger sandwiches, scones, and a champagne welcome. Evening cocktails (5pm-11pm) include two drinks with the reservation. Non-guests access the Burj Al Arab only via restaurant reservations. The hotel sits on an artificial island accessible by a 340-meter private bridge.

   🔄 BACKUP: Al Mahara restaurant (ground floor) offers underwater dining with champagne if Skyview is booked.

   Order the Burj Royale

   Order the signature Burj Royale cocktail - champagne with rose elixir and saffron. At 200 meters, you're drinking higher than most skyscrapers. The cantilevered glass lounge juts 27 meters beyond the tower. Look down at the Gulf through the floor. Cocktails run AED 100-200+ (£25-50+).

   Time your visit for sunset (around 6pm in winter, 7pm in summer). Watch the sun drop behind the Palm Jumeirah as Dubai's skyline lights up. The Burj Khalifa (828m) glows in the distance - the only building taller than your champagne perch.
