   Noma reservations open quarterly at noma.dk (roughly 3 months ahead). Set calendar reminders - they sell out in minutes. The tasting menu runs around DKK 3,500-4,000 (£400+) before wine pairing. The restaurant operates in seasons: seafood (winter), vegetables (summer), game & forest (fall).

   Request the champagne pairing or ask the sommelier team for grower champagne recommendations. Noma's wine program emphasizes small producers and natural wines. Champagne cuts through the richness of aged dairy, fermented vegetables, and Nordic umami. The team may pair a 100% Meunier from a grower you've never heard of - trust them.
