   Ask specifically about wines from Lamole—it's a high-altitude (600m) micro-zone within Chianti Classico. The owners have deep relationships with family producers here. The wines have more acidity and elegance than typical Chianti. This is insider knowledge most tourists never hear.

   Buy a Bottle for Piazzale Michelangelo

   Buy wine here to drink at sunset 15 minutes uphill.

   Before leaving, buy a half-bottle of Chianti Classico (€15-25) to take to Piazzale Michelangelo. Ask them for a recommendation that travels well uncorked for an hour. They'll give you a paper bag. It's a 15-minute walk uphill through Boboli Gardens area to the piazzale.
