   Find Antica Macelleria Falorni on the piazza. Walk into the back room—the aging room with whole prosciutti hanging is impressive. Buy some finocchiona (fennel salami, a Tuscan specialty) to snack on during tomorrow's drive. They vacuum-seal for travel.
