   Pick up any KWV bottle at the retail area. Find the small seal on the neck - winemakers call it the "bus ticket." It contains two unique numbers that trace the brandy all the way back to the vineyard at every stage. South Africa is the only major producer with bottle-to-vineyard traceability built into a national system. Over 90% of SA wine industry is IPW-certified - the highest adoption rate globally. Ask staff to show you how it works. They can look up the exact farm, harvest date, and production cellar from those numbers. This is the future of wine transparency. SA invented it. Includes canapés and a deep dive into brandy-making. The expert guides you through age profiles, barrel char levels, and flavor balancing. Your final bottle is sealed, labeled, ready to go.
