Moon Water Night Harvest

Join the vendimia nocturna - night harvest. It rarely rains here, so the vines drink "moon water" - humidity that condenses on the porous volcanic ash at night. Grape pickers work under the stars when temperatures drop. Pick Malvasía grapes by headlamp. This is how they have harvested since the 1700s, when the eruptions created this alien landscape.
