Cloud Forest Wine Tasting
Taste wine while clouds roll through the vineyard. At 3,000 meters, you are literally in the cloud zone. Morning mist burns off to reveal the Andes. Afternoon clouds creep back. The tasting room looks out at peaks that ancient Incas considered sacred (Apu means "mountain spirit"). Their Sauvignon Blanc has electric acidity. Their Cab Sauv has intensity that comes from UV bombardment.
