At 8 degrees south of the equator, there is no winter. The vines are evergreen. They never go dormant. They harvest three times per year - May, August, and December. Hatten Wines tested 100 grape varieties; only 5 survived. They won Asian Winery of the Year in 2017. This is what happens when someone decides tropical viticulture is not impossible - it is just different.
