Drinking and driving
PassApp all night. Riverside walkable for bar hopping. Never take moto-taxis after drinking.
Without a car
PassApp (Cambodian Grab) is excellent and cheap. Tuk-tuks everywhere. Riverside area is walkable. Avoid moto-taxis unless experienced.
