If driving: KLCC parking RM3/hour. Street parking meters in Bukit Bintang. But seriously, don't drive - Grab is cheaper and easier.
Nearest airport
Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) - main hub, 55 km south of city
Drinking and driving
Grab is dirt cheap (RM8-15 across town). Never drink and drive - alcohol limits are strict. Jalan Alor allows BYOB - stock up at 7-Eleven.
Other airports
  • KLIA2 - budget terminal adjacent (AirAsia, low-cost carriers)
  • Subang Airport (SZB) - smaller, domestic/regional flights, closer to city (20 km)
Without a car
KLIA Express train to KL Sentral (28 min, RM55). Grab app dominates (cheap, reliable). Public transport: LRT/MRT/Monorail cover most tourist areas (RM2-5). KTM Komuter for Batu Caves. DO NOT use taxis at airport - they overcharge. Use Grab or KLIA Express.
