Sanlucar Seafood & Manzanilla - At the River Mouth

Sanlucar's riverside Bajo de Guia neighborhood is famous for langoustines grilled simply with manzanilla. Restaurants like Casa Bigote and Joselito overlook the Guadalquivir where Phoenician ships once anchored. The combination of fresh seafood and bone-dry manzanilla is transcendent.
