Three-quarters of production is manzanilla. The 2-hour VORS tour covers 200+ years of history with 5 sherry tastings. Summer "Noches en Rama" offers special evening experiences. Restaurant EntreBotas serves traditional Sanlucar cuisine.
  3. Tour · Price: moderate Bodegas Delgado Zuleta - Oldest in Marco de Jerez Founded 1744, the oldest winery in El Marco de Jerez, perched at Sanlucar's highest point. Tours begin in a small vineyard, proceed through centuries-old barrels, and culminate in tastings. Night visits explore dim-lit bodegas where wine and sound are protagonists. Wine Interpretation Centre opened 2012.

Tour · Price: low Bodegas Williams & Humbert - Largest Cellars in Europe Founded 1877, Williams & Humbert's facilities won the Spanish National Architecture Award. 180,000m² houses 60,000 American oak barrels. Tours cover vineyards, historic winemaking tools (18th century), equestrian shows with purebred Spanish horses, and generous tastings. Full tour with ham/cheese can last 3 hours.
  5. Tasting · Price: high Equipo Navazos - Treasure Hunter Sherries Not a bodega but sherry treasure hunters. Since 2005, this group has sought out neglected butts of exceptional sherry from prestigious bodegas, bottling them as limited 'La Bota' releases. Copa Jerez 2025 featured their wines. Tastings arranged through partner bodegas or specialty retailers.

Festival · Price: moderate Copa Jerez Festival - Annual Sherry Celebration The 11th International Copa Jerez (June 2025) transforms the Teatro Villamarta and surrounding streets into a sherry celebration. Teams of chefs and sommeliers from eight countries compete live, pairing dishes with sherry. Over 30 bodegas pour 300+ expressions. Denmark won 2025 with Equipo Navazos pairings.
  7. Dining · Price: moderate Sanlucar Seafood & Manzanilla - At the River Mouth Sanlucar's riverside Bajo de Guia neighborhood is famous for langoustines grilled simply with manzanilla. Restaurants like Casa Bigote and Joselito overlook the Guadalquivir where Phoenician ships once anchored. The combination of fresh seafood and bone-dry manzanilla is transcendent.
