The Wine Arc (13 black-owned brands in Stellenbosch) amplifies voices once barred from the industry. Carmen Stevens (1995) pioneered the path; Ntsiki Biyela founded Aslina Wines. Winemakers of color now total ~60 among 940 in the Cape — reshaping South Africa's wine landscape.
