Since 1977, Lanson Champagne—official supplier to the Crown since Queen Victoria—has been the official wine of Wimbledon, where 28,000 kilos of Kent strawberries meet 10,000 litres of cream and 25,000 bottles of the finest bubbles in the quintessential British summer ritual.
