    Taste wine where a Mumbai entrepreneur built his retirement dream. Kiran Chougule studied winemaking in California, then created York on a hilltop with the best sunset views in Nashik. The tasting room is architecturally striking - concrete and glass floating above the vines. Their sparkling wine uses traditional method. The Arros (no grapes - made from rice!) is a curiosity worth trying.
