The metaphor is irresistible: this was literally a pharmacy, and now the prescription is organic Burgundy. Ask the bartender for their current 'prescription' — their personal recommendation from the natural wine selection. Specify your taste preference (light/full, red/white) and they'll pull something from the cabinet. Order by the glass (starting around EUR 8-12) and ask which producer they're most excited about this week.
