Walk through the only commercial vineyard in the tropical Pacific. The soil is pure coral - the same calcium carbonate that makes Burgundy famous. The winemaker will explain how they fight giant land crabs that crawl into the vineyard and literally eat the leaves off the vines. Two harvests per year, no winter, no phylloxera ever.
