Three Smiths Statue
Felix Nylund's 1932 Three Smiths bronze still bears shrapnel scars from the February 1944 Soviet bombing raids — the heaviest aerial bombardment Finland ever endured. The statue survived; 100 Helsinki buildings didn't.
